Adolf Hitler from
Hitler's most pernicious impact on everyday life (aside from providing an endless supply of source material for the History Channel) has been in the domain of rhetoric. His fiery brand of speechmaking has all but disappeared, but his name is invoked in arguments all the time as a form of litmus test. In any debate, Hitler's opinion on the subject is automatically the evil one, so it had better be contrary to the side you're arguing.
Conversely, you can attack an opponent simply by declaring his position to be consistent with Hitler's. This tactic has long been a fixture of the Usenet newsgroups, which eventually prompted Godwin to formulate his famous Law of Nazi Analogies:

But truth be told, he wasn't actually much of a vegetarian... or at least, not a principled one. Hitler promoted the myth that
he was following a healthy regimen, insisting that the ideal man did not consume meat. But this was probably just a
rationalization, as he himself could not digest meat without suffering from excruciating stomach cramps and embarrassing
flatulence. Nevertheless Hitler's diet included the occasional serving of Bavarian sausage, liver dumpling, caviar, ham, or
wild game.
For that matter, he wasn't really religious either, except insofar as it provided a theological justification for his racial policies.
That way, even the Fuhrer would have the option of claiming that he was only following orders. Hitler viewed Christianity first
and foremost as a repudiation of Judaism. He even posited Aryan ancestry for Jesus Christ (aka "King of the Jews").
Although little Adolf had been raised Catholic and even served as an altar boy, later in his adult years he had no enthusiasm
for the God stuff. He might even have been an atheist, depending which sources you believe. It probably would have amused
him to know that he would later be inducted posthumously into the Mormon church in 1993.
One subject for which he felt genuine zeal was the fight against cigarettes. Hitler was a diehard anti-smoking crusader.
The Reichstadt imposed the world's most comprehensive suite of tobacco regulations, which included bans on cigarette
smoking in workplaces, public buildings, and transit systems. In March 1942, Hitler went so far as to attribute his success
to nonsmoking:
"I am convinced that if I had been a smoker, I never would have been able to bear the cares and anxieties which have
been a burden to me for so long. Perhaps the German people owe its salvation to that fact."
For his rigid inflexibility on issues of race, Adolf was the hero of antisemites the world over, including
the United States. Industrialist and antisemite Henry Ford formed a mutual admiration society with
Hitler; the Fuhrer hung a large portrait of Henry over his desk, and even sent Ford a medal for his
birthday in 1938. It was the Grand Cross of the Order of the German Eagle, the highest honor the
Reich could bestow on a noncitizen. Also in 1938, American hero Charles Lindbergh traveled to
Germany to accept the Service Cross of the German Eagle, the second highest honor available to
foreigners.
By 1942 Hitler had become a regular methamphetamine user, receiving daily injections of Pervitid
from his personal physician. This was in addition to narcotic pills for sleeping and anti-flatulence pills
containing strychnine and belladonna. At one point, Hitler was taking as many as 28 separate
medications. No one can be sure what effect the drug cocktail had on the man, whose increasingly
erratic behavior was causing his staff serious concern.
Regardless what had bent him originally, Hitler was definitely getting even weirder.
He suffered from chronic insomnia and became twitchy. He was constantly irritable, and had a
tendency to fly into rages. Hitler also had a habit of breaking things. There were stories of him
tearing up curtains and throwing himself to the floor when he became apoplectic. These tales
prompted subordinates to give him the nickname "Carpet Biter."
In the end, of course, things did not go well for the Reich. The tide of the war turned, and Allied troops
made their way inexorably toward Berlin. True to form, Hitler continued blaming his misfortunes on the
Jews, right up to the very end. In his suicide memo, he even pointed the finger at them for causing
the war:
"It was wanted and provoked solely by international statesmen either of Jewish origin or working for
Jewish interests. [...] the sole responsibility for the massacre must be borne by the true culprits: the
Jews."
According to legend, during the fall of Berlin the Soviet army came upon a man's body having only one testicle. The Russians conducted an autopsy and somehow identified the monorchid corpse as Hitler's. They classified the report
and secretly buried the body in a secluded bomb crater. Some years later, fearing that the site would be discovered,
Hitler's body was exhumed and cremated.
The Russians had been concerned that neo-Nazis would make a shrine out of Hitler's final restin place.They wanted
to avoid an endless parade of Nazi pilgrims. Which is perfectly understandable when you look at something like Jim
Morrison's crypt in Paris. Those fans have no sense of propriety.

Against the backdrop of a year of
escalating violence in the Middle East
that has been exacerbated by the recent
terrorist attacks in the U.S., Rabbi David
Forman attempted to shed some light
Monday on Jewish ethics and their
impact on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
In a lecture sponsored by the Brown/RISD
Hillel, Forman addressed some 50 students on
the implications of Jewish values and the
relationship between the Diaspora and Israel.
Forman, a Reform rabbi who moved to Israel
from the United States in 1972, is the founder of
Rabbis for Human Rights, a coalition of rabbis
from all denominations of Judaism.
Forman’s group aims to bring human rights
abuses in Israel to the attention of the Israeli
public, seek their redress and advocate for the
rights of Israeli Jews, Israeli Arabs, Palestinians
and foreign workers.
Forman said the use of power must be checked
constantly by moral and ethical values.
“As a rabbi I was educated to believe moral and
ethical principles are what characterizes (the
Jews) as a people,” he said. “It is a moral
understanding that ought to guide us.”
As Israel faces its greatest challenge in recent
memory, Forman said, Israelis must remain true
to these morals.
“It is difficult to understand how Israel can
maintain its humanity in the light of such a
struggle,” he said. “We must not play a game of
comparisons.
“We are a good country in a very bad
neighborhood, but we must never use a lowest
common denominator to evaluate ourselves,” he
said.
Forman said recent events, including the Sept.
11 attacks on America and continued attacks on
Israeli civilians, have complicated his views but
not changed them.
“It could be the right is correct — maybe
(Palestinians) really are trying to drive us into the
sea,” he said. “I cannot give up my views,
though. We would not have made it this far as a
people if we did not maintain hope for peaceful
resolution.”
Jewish values must guide Jews to work toward
such a resolution, Forman said.
“Jewish values must tell us not to stereotype or
dehumanize other peoples,” he said.
Though the question of who can call themselves
Jewish is a major topic in Israeli and Judaic
politics, Rabbi Forman said he thought this is not
the most important question facing Jews today.
“The question Jews need to be asking is
not who is a Jew,” he said, “but what is a Jew
and how should a Jew act?”
Due to the centrality of Israel to Judaism, the
question of every Jew’s relationship to the land is
important to Jewish identity, Forman said.
“Israel is woven into the fabric of our religious
yearning,” he said.
Because Israel’s government is based on Jewish
principles, the question is further complicated,
Forman said.
“I maintain whatever is done in Israel is done in
the name of all Jews everywhere,” he said.
“Such a reality begs for a very intertwined
relationship between Diaspora Jews and those
who live in Israel.”
This is difficult for many American Jews who do
not agree with the actions of the Israel government, Forman said.
“Commitment to Israel cannot be determined by\
the policies of a particular Israeli government,”
he said.
While many American Jews have strong
disagreements with the current government,
Forman said efforts are continually being made
to avoid human rights abuses.
“The Army has called upon Rabbis for Human
Rights to come speak to soldiers about to go
into the occupied territories,” he said. “This
indicates the army is concerned about human
rights.
“But it’s not easy to talk to 18-year-old kids
who are scared,” he said.

"Michael Berenbaum, former director of the Research Institute of
the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum and editor of Witness to
the Holocaust (HarperCollins, 1997), calls Hitler's Jewish
Soldiers "startling and unexpected." An "invaluable contribution,"
he says in a blurb for the book, it "is bound to discomfort all those
who work in the field," and has much to teach "even the most
experienced of scholars."
Other historians see Mr. Rigg's work as sensationalistic and
distorted, and its author as publicity-hungry. The broadcast of a
feature about the book on NBC's Dateline in June is unlikely to
assuage those critics. In any case, the highly anticipated publication
is sure to throw many readers for a loop and spark a vigorous
discussion among scholars."

1 STAR FOR THIS BOOK IS ONE TOO MANY
I rate it at * because there is no provision in the rating system for less that one, or for negative star numbers! The book is garbage, and those who praise it are anti_semitic and bigots of the worst kind. This book and the thinking associated with it belong on the same garbage heap as those who try to claim that the Holocaust never happened! If one is interested in reading distotorted history, this book is a prime example. Otherwise, don't waste your money for this tripe.

September 5, 2000, I have read the very controversial and hard to 'swallow' 'Adolf Hitler _ Founder of Israel: Israel in War With Jews', and despite its seemingly offensive title, I strongly recommend this book. Foremost, I recommend this book to the Holocaust survivors and their families who seek the peace of mind about the horrors of the past and why they happened to them and their loved ones. Next, I recommend this book to all those who seek the truth (Kardel's motivating factor for writing it in the first place), and to all others who wonder why World War II has never ended but still 55 years later rages on in the Middle East and elsewhere. And most importantly, why in the process so many millions of us and even more of others have perished and continue to perish. In other words, borrowing from the book's subtitle, why ever since its inception thousands of years ago Israel has been in War with Jews and the rest of
Humanity.

There were not as many blond women at our school than African women although each African woman had strong family
ties and felt connected to each of her sisters .The blond women although they were trained in an All White Class they
were tracked in to by the schools Administration at the insistence of there parents & the almost "all white School Board
& "PTA it thought them a powerful message of There "Supremacy " they were already aware of and resented there black counter parts capacity to deal with what was apparently the truth and what was actually real about
life and being ...
As a result there was friction and several times loud rants back an forth about who was better at something or other
( no one ever boasted we are better at math than you because we are white!!
That assumption was generally held without contest, further the general assumption was that math is /was very dull
because it is so obvious ... ( All of the answers are always the same so not any big deal Why ask questions if you
know the answers?)
And only a small peckered very unattractive Opie ! Would or could get excited at a equation or mathematical expression
or principal of physics ; instead of being a real person or a experiencing a real stimulus such as dancing or just being with
friends or kissing & " making out " ...
Which all the students at that time11th & 12th grader's and most all of the kids discussed any thing at length there were highly
competitive displays of "Race Pride " but no one that I recall ever used a N word although I am sure their were saying some
sort of expiative deleted from time to time ...
We used words like weapons of defense they called us Wild & Fierce we called them Plastic or Square or Lame which was
nearly the same as " White or Whitey " they called us Nigger WE called them Punks , Faggot's ,Blue Eyed Devils, Oakey's,
Honkey's, Greys ,Duffus & Opie's & Ofay's I felt sorry for them because all they had was Nigger .That's because there parents
feared & hated us from hand me down prejudice inherited from there Okey Trailer Trash Background's & other families.
Others in the racial pecking order did the same but they only had personal experience with us and we were generally friendly
& fun to be around ....
We were Always Dancing !! or practicing dance steps & dressing GQ sharp was a given. We set the pace at the
campus not only in Sports, Fashion & the Arts but in the debating class. I took an elective of Journalism I Knew
more General Science
than any number of the students ,faculty ir the community art large Black White or Mexican I was evan offered a position at
Avery Labels...
& guaranteed position as chicken breeder although I steered clear of the dreaded official and very Super Squar Four H Club
because I was already stigmatized by my aptitude as a artist ...
