OPERATION PAPERCLIP
After WWII ended in 1945, victorious Russian and American intelligence teams began a treasure hunt throughout
occupied Germany for military and scientific booty. They were looking for things like new rocket and aircraft
designs, medicines, and electronics. But they were also hunting down the most precious "spoils" of all: the
scientists whose work had nearly won the war for Germany. The engineers and intelligence officers of the Nazi
War Machine.
The U.S. Military rounded up Nazi scientists and brought them to America. It had originally intended merely to
debrief them and send them back to Germany. But when it realized the extent of the scientists knowledge and
expertise, the War Department decided it would be a waste to send the scientists home. Following the discovery
of flying discs (foo fighters), particle/laser beam weaponry in German military bases, the War Department decided
that NASA and the CIA must control this technology, and the Nazi engineers that had worked on this technology.
There was only one problem: it was illegal. U.S. law explicitly prohibited Nazi officials from immigrating to
America--and as many as three-quarters of the scientists in question had been committed Nazis.
Data-Points:
Convinced that German scientists could help America's postwar efforts, President Harry Truman agreed in
September 1946 to authorize "Project Paperclip," a program to bring selected German scientists to work on
America's behalf during the "Cold War" However, Truman expressly excluded anyone found "to have been a
member of the Nazi party and more than a nominal participant in its activities, or an active supporter of Naziism
or militarism." The War Department's Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency (JIOA) conducted background
investigations of the scientists. In February 1947, JIOA Director Bosquet Wev submitted the first set of
scientists' dossiers to the State and Justice Departments for review. The Dossiers were damning. Samauel Klaus,
the State Departments representative on the JIOA board, claimed that all the scientists in this first batch were
"ardent Nazis." Their visa requests were denied. Wev was furious. He wrote a memo warning that "the best
interests of the United States have been subjugated to the efforts expended in 'beating a dead Nazi horse.'" He
also declared that the return of these scientists to Germany, where they could be exploited by America's
enemies, presented a "far greater security threat to this country than any former Nazi affiliations which they may
have had or even any Nazi sympathies that they may still have." When the JIOA formed to investigate the
backgrounds and form dossiers on the Nazis, the Nazi Intelligence leader Reinhard Gehlen met with the CIA
director Allen Dulles.
Dulles and Gehlen hit it off immediately. Gehlen was a master spy for the Nazis and had infiltrated Russia with his
vast Nazi Intelligence network. Dulles promised Gehlen that his Intelligence unit was safe in the CIA. Apparently,
Wev decided to sidestep the problem. Dulles had the scientists dossier's re-written to eliminate incriminating
evidence. As promised, Allen Dulles delivered the Nazi Intelligence unit to the CIA, which later opened many
umbrella projects stemming from Nazi mad research. (MK-ULTRA / ARTICHOKE, OPERATION MIDNIGHT CLIMAX)
Military Intelligence "cleansed" the files of Nazi references. By 1955, more than 760 German scientists had been
granted citizenship in the U.S. and given prominent positions in the American scientific community. Many had
been longtime members of the Nazi party and the Gestapo, had conducted experiments on humans at
concentration camps, had used slave labor, and had committed other war crimes. In a 1985 expose in the Bulletin
of the Atomic Scientists Linda Hunt wrote that she had examined more than 130 reports on Project Paperclip
subjects--and every one "had been changed to eliminate the security threat classification." President Truman,
who had explicitly ordered no committed Nazis to be admitted under Project Paperclip, was evidently never aware
that his directive had been violated. State Department archives and the memoirs of officials from that era confirm
this. In fact, according to Clare Lasby's book Operation Paperclip, project officials "covered their designs with
such secrecy that it bedeviled their own President; at Potsdam he denied their activities and undoubtedly
enhanced Russian suspicion and distrust," quite possibly fueling the Cold War even further.
A good example of how these dossiers were changed is the case of Wernher von Braun. A September 18, 1947,
report on the German rocket scientist stated, "Subject is regarded as a potential security threat by the Military
Governor." The following February, a new security evaluation of Von Braun said, "No derogatory information is
available on the subject...It is the opinion of the Military Governor that he may not constitute a security threat
to the United States." Here are a few of the 700 suspicious characters who were allowed to immigrate through
Project Paperclip. ARTHUR RUDOLPH; During the war, Rudolph was operations director of the Mittelwerk factory at
the Dora-Nordhausen concentration camps, where 20,000 workers died from beatings, hangings, and starvation.
Rudolph had been a member of the Nazi party since 1931; a 1945 military file on him said simply: "100% Nazi,
dangerous type, security threat..!! Suggest internment."
But the JIOA's final dossier on him said there was "nothing in his records indicating that he was a war criminal or
and ardent Nazi or otherwise objectionable." Rudolph became a US citizen and later designed the Saturn 5 rocket
used in the Apollo moon landings. In 1984, when his war record was finally investigated, he fled to West
Germany.
WERNHER VON BRAUN; From 1937 to 1945, von Braun was the technical director of the Peenemunde rocket
research center, where the V-2 rocket --which devastated England--was developed. As noted previously, his
dossier was rewritten so he didn't appear to have been an enthusiastic Nazi. Von Braun worked on guided missiles
for the U.S. Army and was later director of NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center. He became a celebrity in the
1950s and early 1960s, as one of Walt Disney's experts on the "World of Tomorrow." In 1970, he became NASA's
associate administrator.
KURT BLOME; A high-ranking Nazi scientist, Blome told U.S. military interrogators in 1945 that he had been
ordered 1943 to experiment with plague vaccines on concentration camp prisoners. He was tried at Nuremberg in
1947 on charges of practicing euthanasia (extermination of sick prisoners), and conducting experiments on
humans. Although acquitted, his earlier admissions were well known, and it was generally accepted that he had
indeed participated in the gruesome experiments. Two months after his Nuremberg acquittal, Blome was
interviewed at Camp David, Maryland, about biological warfare. In 1951, he was hired by the U.S. Army Chemical
Corps to work on chemical warfare. His file neglected to mention Nuremberg.
MAJOR GENERAL WALTER SCHREIBER; According to Linda Hunt's article, the US military tribunal at Nuremberg
heard evidence that "Schreiber had assigned doctors to experiment on concentration camp prisoners and had
made funds available for such experimentation." The assistant prosecutor said the evidence would have
convicted Schreiber if the Soviets, who held him from 1945 to 1948, had made him available for trial. Again,
Schreiber's Paperclip file made no mention of this evidence; the project found work for him at the Air Force
School of Medicine at Randolph Field in Texas. When columnist Drew Pearson publicized the Nuremberg evidence
in 1952, the negative publicity led the JIOA, says Hunt, to arrange "a visa and a job for Schreiber in Argentina,
where his daughter was living." On May 22, 1952, he was flown to Buenos Aires.
HERMANN BECKER-FREYSING and SIEGFRIED RUFF; These two, along with Blome, were among the 23 defendants
in the Nuremberg War Trials "Medical Case." Becker-Freysing was convicted and sentenced to 20 years in prison
for conducting experiments on Dachau inmates, such as starving them, then force-feeding them seawater that
had been chemically altered to make it drinkable. Ruff was acquitted (in a close decision) on charges that he had
killed as many as 80 Dachau inmates in a low-pressure chamber designed to simulate altitudes in excess of
60,000 feet. Before their trial, Becker-Freysing and Ruff were paid by the Army Air Force to write reports about
their grotesque experiments.
GENERAL REINHARD GEHLEN; It was five years after the end of WW2 but one of Hitler's chief intelligence officers
was still on the job. From a walled-in compound in Bavaria, General Reinhard Gehlen oversaw a vast network of
intelligence agents spying on Russia. His top aides were Nazi zealots who had committed some of the most
notorious crimes of the war. Gehlen and his SS united were hired, and swiftly became agents of the CIA when
they revealed their massive records on the Soviet Union to the US.
Gehlen derived much of his information from his role in one of the most terrible atrocities of the war: the torture,
interrogation and murder by starvation of some four million Soviet prisoners. Prisoners who refused to cooperate
were often tortured or summarily executed. May were executed even after they had given information, while
others were simply left to starve to death. As a result, Gehlend and members of his organization maneuvered to
make sure they were captured by advancing American troops rather than Russians, who would have executed
them immediately. Two months before Germany surrendered in 1945, the Gehlen organization made its move.
"Gehlen and a small group of his most senior officers carefully microfilmed the vast holding on the USSR in the
military section of the German army's general staff. They packed the film in watertight steel drums and secretly
buried it in a remote mountain meadow scattered throughout the Austrian Alps. General William Donovan and Allen
Dulles of the CIA were tipped off about Gehlen's surrender and his offer of Russian intelligence in exchange for a
job. The CIA was soon jockeying with military intelligence for authority over Gehlen's microfilmed records--and
control of the German spymaster. Dulles arranged for a private intelligence facility in West Germany to be
established, and named it the Geheln Organization. Gehlen promised not to hire any former SS, SD, or Gestapo
members; he hired them anyway, and the CIA did not stop him. Two of Gehlen's early recruits were Emil Augsburg
and Dr. Franz Six, who had been part of mobile killing squads, which killed Jews, intellectuals, and Soviet
partisans wherever they found them. Other early recruits included Willi Krichbaum, senior Gestapo leader for
southeastern Europe, and the Gestapo chiefs of Paris and Kiel, Germany.
With the encouragement of the CIA, Gehlen Org (Licio Gelli) set up "rat lines" to get Nazi war criminals out of
Europe so they wouldn't be prosecuted. By setting up transit camps and issuing phony passports, the Gehlen Org
helped more than 5,000 Nazis leave Europe and relocate around the world, especially in South and Central
America. There, mass murderers like Klaus Barbie (the butcher of Lyons) helped governments set up death squads
in Chile, Argentina, El Salvador, and elsewhere.
KLAUS BARBIE; Known as the Nazi butcher of Lyons, France during World War 2, Barbie was part of the SS which
was responsible for the and death of thousands of French people under the Germany occupation.
HEINRICH RUPP; Some of Rupp's best work was done for the CIA, after he was imported in Operation Paperclip.
Rupp has been convicted of bank fraud. He was an operative for the CIA and is deeply involved in the Savings
and Loan scandals. A federal jury has indicated they believe testimony that Rupp, the late CIA Director William
Casey - then Reagan's campaign manager, and Donald Gregg, now U.S. Ambassador to South Korea, flew with
George Bush to Paris in 1980, during the election in which Bush was on the ticket with Ronald Reagan. The
testimony states that three meetings were held on October 19 and 20 at the Hotel Florida and Hotel Crillion. The
subject? According to the court testimony, the meetings were to sabotage President Jimmy Carter's reelection
campaign by delaying the release of American hostages in Iran. The hostages were released on January 20, 1981,
right after Reagan and Bush were sworn into office. Iran was promised return of its frozen assets in the United
States and the foundation for the Iran- Contra deal was set into motion.
LICIO GELLI; Head of a 2400 member secret Masonic Lodge, P2, a neo-fascist organization, in Italy that catered
to only the elite, Gelli had high connections in the Vatican, even though he was not a Catholic. P2's membership
is totally secret and not even available to its Mother Lodge in England. Gelli was responsible for providing
Argentina with the Exocet missile. He was a double agent for the CIA and the KGB. He assisted many former Nazi
high officials in their escape from Europe to Central America. He had close ties with the Italian Mafia. Gelli was a
close associate of Benito Mussolini. He was also closely affiliated with Roberto Calvi, head of the scandal-ridden
Vatican Bank. Calvi was murdered. Gelli's secret lodge consisted of extremely important people, including armed
forces commanders, secret service chiefs, head of Italy's financial police, 30 generals, eight admirals, newspaper
editors, television and top business executives and key bankers - including Calvi. Licio Gelli and others in P2 were
behind the assassination of Pope John Paul 1. The central figure in Europe and South America that linked the CIA,
Masonic Lodge, Vatican, ex-Nazis and several South American governments, the Italian government and several
international banks was Licio Gelli. He, with Klaus Barbie and Heinrich Rupp, met with Ronald R. Rewald in Uruguay
to arrange for the Argentine purchase of the French-made Exocet missile, used in the Falkland Island attack to
kill British soldiers.
Who is Gelli and why was he so important?
To understand Gelli, one must understand the complex post war years of Europe. The biggest threat to Europe in
pre-war times was Communism - it was the great fear of Communism that gave birth to the Fascists and the
Nazis. Though both sides were dreaded, the Fascists represented right-wing government, while the Communist
represent left-wing government. It was the right-wing that the United States and the Catholic Church desired
over Communism - because Communism would destroy the capitalistic system. This is why the CIA and the
Vatican had go through with Operation Paperclip. The Nazis had massive amounts of Soviet intelligence, had
infiltrated Communist partisans, and were in no way going to be given up to the Soviet Union.
Gelli worked both sides. He helped to found the Red Brigade, spied on Communist partisans and worked for the
Nazis at the same time, a double agent. He helped establish the Rat Line, which assisted the flight of high ranking
Nazi officials from Europe to South America, with passports supplied by the Vatican and with the full
acknowledgment and blessing of the United States intelligence community. While on one hand, the U.S.
participated in the war crime tribunals of key Nazi officials and maintained an alliance with the Communist Soviet
Union, secretly, the U.S. was preparing for the cold war and needed the help of Nazis in the eventual struggle
the U.S. would have with the Soviet Union. Gelli's agreement with U.S. intelligence to spy on the Communists
after the war was instrumental in saving his life. He was responsible for the murder and torture of hundreds of
Yugoslavian partisans.
The Vatican provided support to Nazis and Fascists because the Communists were the real threat to the Church's
survival. The Italian Communists would have taxed the Church's vast holdings and the Church has had a dismal
experience with Communist governments throughout the world - where religious freedom was stamped out.
Gelli was well connected with the Vatican from the days of the Rat Line and he worked for American intelligence,
as well. Gelli formed the P-2 Masonic Lodge-which did not follow the direction of any Grand Lodge-and it was
supplied with a sum of $10 million a month by the CIA. Its membership was a Who's Who in the intelligence,
military and Italian community. So prominent was Gelli's influence, that he was even a guest of honor at the 1981
inauguration of President Ronald Reagan.
Gelli used blackmail in order to gain prominent members of his P-2 lodge, its membership is estimated at 2400
members, including 300 of the most powerful men in the Western World.. He was a close friend of Pope Paul VI,
Juan Peron of Argentina, Libyan Dictator Muammar el-Qaddafi, and many high officials in the Italian and American
governments - he is also reported to have had some financial dealings with the George Bush for President
campaign.
Gelli and his P-2 lodge had staggering connections to banking, intelligence and diplomatic passports. The CIA
poured hundreds of millions of dollars into Italy in the form of secret subsidies for political parties, labor unions
and communications businesses. At the same time the Agency continued its relationship with far- right and
violent elements as a back-up should a coup be needed to oust a possible Communist government. This covert
financing was exposed by the Prime Minister of Italy in a speech to Parliament. He indicates that more than 600
people in Italy still remain on the payroll of the CIA. Licio Gelli was an ardent Nazi and a perfect asset of the CIA.
As part of Reinhard Gehlen's intelligence team, he had excellent contacts. Licio was the go between for the CIA
and the Vatican through his P2 Lodge.
Project Paperclip was stopped in 1957, when West Germany protested to the U.S. that these efforts had stripped
it of "scientific skills." There was no comment about supporting Nazis. Paperclip may have ended in 1957, but as
you can see from Licio Gelli and his international dealings with the CIA in Italy/P2, and Heinrich Rupp with his
involvement in October Surprise, the ramifications of Paperclip are world-wide. The Nazis became employed CIA
agents, engaging in clandestine work with the likes of George Bush, the CIA, Henry Kissinger, and the Masonic P2
lodge. This is but one of the results of Operation Paperclip. Another umbrella project that was spawned from
Paperclip was MK-ULTRA.
A secret laboratory was established and funded by CIA director, Allen Dulles in Montreal, Canada at McGill
University in the Allen Memorial Institute headed by psychiatrist Dr. Ewen Cameron. For the next several years
Dr. Ewen Cameron waged his private war in Canada. What is ironic about Dr. Cameron is that he served as a
member of the Nuremberg tribunal who heard the cases against the Nazi doctors.
When it was at its height in drug experiments, operation MK-ULTRA was formed. This was the brainchild of
Richard Helms who later came to be a CIA director. It was designed to defeat the "enemy" in its brain-washing
techniques. MK-ULTRA had another arm involved in Chemical and Biological Warfare (CBW) known as MK-DELTA.
The "doctors" who participated in these experiments used some of the same techniques as the Nazi "doctors".
Techniques used by Dr. Cameron and previous Nazi scientists include electro shock, sleep deprivation, memory
implantation, memory erasure, sensory modification, psychoactive drug experiments, and many more cruel
practices.
Project Paperclip brought us MK-ULTRA. Paperclip ultimately brought in key players involved in the Assassination
of Pope 1, October Surprise (sabotage of Carter's peace talks), and a great many other things still classified to
this day. The results of Project Paperclip were devastating, and very far reaching. I guess that is what you
would expect from collaborating with Nazis.
This research shows that the OSS/CIA that was formed in the National Security Act, the same agency that
employed hundreds of Nazis, has been in alliance with the Vatican through various Agency connections such as
Licio Gelli. The CIA/Vatican alliance that Assassinated Pope John Paul 1, JFK, and hundreds of dictators of 3rd
world countries is the Illuminati.
The Bavarian Illuminati has been around for centuries in one way or another. It's presence in the 20th century is
the direct result of the Nazis. The Nazi connections to the occult and the Bavarian Thule Society were parallel to
the American members of 33rd degree Freemasonry. When the Operation Paperclip was successfully executed,
the Nazi element of the Bavarian Thule society was fused with the American members of Freemasonry to create
the Illuminati. Operation Paperclip, MK-ULTRA, October Surprise, and George Bush are all facets of the Illuminati,
a group whose ideals are rooted in the occult, and dedicated to world domination. Soon after the American
Revolution, John Robinson, a professor of rural philosophy at Edinburgh University in Scotland and member of a
Freemason lodge, said that he was asked to join the Illuminati. After studying the group, he concluded that the
purposes of the Illuminati were not compatible with his beliefs. In 1798, he published a book called "Proofs Of A
Conspiracy," which states:
"An association has been formed for the express purpose of rooting out all the religious establishments and
overturning all the existing governments.... The leaders would rule the World with uncontrollable power, while all
the rest would be employed as tools of the ambition of their unknown superiors." The CIA and the Vatican have
rooted out all the religious establishments in the world. The CIA has overthrown and set up dictators under their
control all over the world. The CIA and the Vatican have fulfilled the purpose of the Illuminati. The CIA and the
Vatican _are_ the Illuminati.

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL STRATEGY BOARD
THE PSYCHOLOGICAL STRATEGY BOARD aka THE OPERATIONS COORDINATION BOARD aka THE SPECIAL GROUP

On 20 June 1951 Harry S. Truman signed a directive establishing the Psychological Strategy Board.
The directive read, "Directive to: the Secretary of State, The Secretary of Defense, The Director of
Central Intelligence: It is the purpose of this directive to authorize and provide for the more effective
planning, coordination and conduct, within the framework of approved national policies, of
psychological operations. There is hereby established a Psychological Strategy Board responsible,
within the purposes and terms of this directive, for the formulation and promulgation, as guidance to
the departments and agencies responsible for psychological operations, of over-all national
psychological objectives, policies and programs, and for the coordination and evaluation of the
national psychological effort.
The Board will report to the National Security Council on the Board's activities and on its evaluation
of the national psychological operations, including implementation of approved objectives, policies,
and programs by the departments and agencies concerned. The Board shall be composed of: a. The
Undersecretary of State, the Deputy Secretary of Defense, and the Director of Central Intelligence, or,
in their absence, their appropriate designees; b. An appropriate representative of the head of each
such other department or agency of the Government as may, from time to time, be determined by the
Board. The Board shall designate one of its members as Chairman. A representative of the Joint
Chiefs of Staff shall sit with the Board as its principal military adviser in order that the Board may
ensure that its objectives, policies and programs shall be related to approved plans for military operations..."
The director and architect of the Psychological Strategy Board was Gordon Gray. Henry Kissinger
was Gray's consultant. Kissinger was also the paid political consultant to Rockefeller family. Gray,
Kissinger, and Rockefeller were members of the Council on Foreign Relations. Gray served in the
administrations of Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, and Ford. Gordon Gray was heir
to the R. J. Reynolds tobacco fortune and President of the University of North Carolina. Gray was a
broadcast and publication media specialist. Gray was instrumental in keeping the uniformed
electorate uninformed by [missing text? -Ed.]
Eisenhower signed Presidential Executive Order 10483 replacing the Psychological Strategy board
with the Operations Coordinating Board. The Operations Coordinating Board was composed of
(1) The Under Secretary of State, who shall represent the Secretary of State and shall be the
chairman of the Board.
(2) The Deputy Secretary of Defense, show shall represent the Secretary of Defense.
(3) the Director of the Foreign Operations Administration
(4) the Director of Central Intelligence,and
(5) a representative of the President to be designated by the President.
(6) the Undersecretary or corresponding official of any Presidential agency that has been
assigned responsibilities for implementation of national security policy.
(7) The Special Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs
(8) The Director of the United States Information Agency. On 19 February 1961, President John F. Kennedy issued a Statement abolishing the Operations Coordinating Board.
No President ever wrote or signed an Executive order establishing the Special Group. No President
had a way of abolishing the Special Group. The Special Group was not established by Executive
Order, it established itself. This was no accident. This was illegal. When Kennedy killed the
Operations Coordinating Board, the Special Group operated as normal without the designated
Presidential representative.
The Special Group is alive and well today. It consists of the Secretary of State, the Secretary of
Defense, and the Director of The CIA, none of which are elected officials. The only way to abolish
this ad hoc committee is to abolish the Department of Defense, The Central Intelligence Agency
and the Department of State. President Clinton, Secretary of State Warren Christopher, and Director
of the CIA John Deutch and his predecessor James Woolsely belong to the Council on Foreign
Relations. Les Aspin, Secretary of Defense William Perry's predecessor also belonged to the
Council on Foreign Relations.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff have defined psychological operations (PSYOPS) as those that:
"include psychological warfare and, in addition, encompass those political, military, economic
and ideological actions planned and conducted to create in neutral or friendly foreign groups
the emotions, attitudes, or behavior to support achievement of national objectives." Another proposal"develops the concept of 'strategic psychological operations' as aimed at influencing
and shaping decision-makers' power to govern or control their followers." Wake up America,
we the American people, are among the groups being targeted and controlled.
Council on Foreign Relations members in the State Department, The National Security Council,
the Central Intelligence Agency, and in the Department of Defense continue to control the lives
of the American people through well planed psycho-political operations. These psychological operations rob American citizens of the present, by creating false reality worlds. These false

secretly made their way out of Europe to relocate around the globe.
Most went to South and Central America. The countries of choice were Argentina, Chile,

What is more dangerous for the future of our country than a conspiracy to assassinate a president? It is a
conspiracy to manipulate and control what the American people are told by the national news media. There
are scores of unanswered questions surrounding the event of the afternoon of March 30, 1981. For instance,
John Chancellor, eyebrows raised, informed the viewers of NBC Nightly News that the brother of the man who
tried to kill the president was acquainted with the son of the man who would have become president if the
attack had been successful. As a matter of fact, Chancellor said in a bewildered tone, Scott Hinckley and
Neil Bush had been scheduled to have dinner together at the home of the vice president's son the very next night. And, of course, the engagement had been canceled. . . Then a peculiar thing happened: The story

spellbound with his account of the struggle to stop race-mixing and inter-racial sex in Virginia.
"The Congress proceedings were dedicated to Averell Harriman's mother; she had paid for the founding of
the race-science movement in America back in 1910, building the Eugenics Record Office as a branch of the
Galton National Laboratory in London. She and other Harrimans were usually escorted to the horse races by old
George Herbert Walker--they shared with the Bushes and the Farishes a fascination with 'breeding
thoroughbreds' among horses and humans. 10

Ernst Rudin, psychiatrist at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Genealogy and Demography in Berlin, where the
Rockefeller family paid for Dr. Rudin to occupy an entire floor with his eugenics 'research.' Dr. Rudin had
addressed the International Federation's 1928 Munich meeting, speaking on 'Mental Aberration and Race
Hygiene,' while others (Germans and Americans) spoke on race-mixing and sterilization of the unfit. Rudin had
also led the German delegation to the 1930 Mental Hygiene Congress in Washington, D.C.
"At the Harrimans' 1932 New York Eugenics Congress, Ernst Rudin was unanimously elected president of
the International Federation of Eugenics Societies. This was recognition of Rudin as founder of the German
Society for Race Hygiene, with his co-founder, Eugenics Federation vice president Alfred Ploetz.
"As depression-maddened financiers schemed in Berlin and New York, Rudin was now official leader of the
world eugenics movement. Components of his movement included groups with overlapping leadership, dedicated
to:
-sterilization of mental patients ('mental hygiene societies');
-execution of the insane, criminals and the terminally ill ('euthanasia societies')
; and -eugenical race-purification by prevention of births to parents from 'inferior'

While the Enron scandal currently unfolds, another Bush family
business scandal lurks beneath the shadows of history that may dwarf
it.
On April 19, 2001, President George W. Bush spent some of Holocaust
Remembrance Day in the Capital Rotunda with holocaust survivors,
allied veterans, and their families. In a ceremony that included Jewish
prayers and songs sung by holocaust victims in the camps, Benjamin
Meed, a survivor of the Warsaw ghetto uprising, movingly described to
the gathering what he experienced on April 19, 1943.
"I stood outside a Catholic church, which faced the ghetto," Mr. Meed
said, "a young Jewish boy posing as a gentile. As I watched the ghetto
being bombarded by the German artillery, I could see many of the Jews
of my community jumping out of windows of burning buildings. I
stood long and mute."
The survivor concluded his reminiscence saying, "We tremble to think
what could happen if we allow a new generation to arise ignorant of
the tragedy which is still shaping the future."
President Bush, appearing almost uncomfortable, read a statement that
said that humanity was "bound by conscience to remember what
happened" and that "the record has been kept and preserved." The
record, Mr. Bush stated, was that one of the worst acts of genocide in
human history "came not from crude and uneducated men, but from
men who regarded themselves as cultured and well schooled, modern
men, forward looking. Their crime showed the world that evil can slip
in and blend in amid the most civilized surroundings. In the end only
conscience can stop it."
But while President Bush publicly embraced the community of
holocaust survivors in Washington last spring, he and his family have
been keeping a secret from them for over 50 years about Prescott Bush,
the president's grandfather. According to classified documents from
Dutch intelligence and US government archives, President George W.
Bush's grandfather, Prescott Bush made considerable profits off
Auschwitz slave labor. In fact, President Bush himself is an heir to
these profits from the holocaust which were placed in a blind trust in
1980 by his father, former president George Herbert Walker Bush.
Throughout the Bush family's decades of public life, the American
press has gone out of its way to overlook one historical fact ? that
through Union Banking Corporation (UBC), Prescott Bush, and his
father-in-law, George Herbert Walker, along with German industrialist
Fritz Thyssen, financed Adolf Hitler before and during World War II.
It was first reported in 1994 by John Loftus and Mark Aarons in The
Secret War Against the Jews: How Western Espionage Betrayed the
Jewish People.
The US government had known that many American companies were
aiding Hitler, like Standard Oil, General Motors and Chase Bank, all of
which was sanctioned after Pearl Harbor. But as The New York Times
reporter Charles Higham later discovered, and published in his 1983
groundbreaking book, Trading With The Enemy; The Nazi American
Money Plot 1933-1949, "the government smothered everything during
and even after the war." Why?

How Nixon Act ually Got Into Power

The rise of Adolph Hitler and fascism in Germany was carefully planned. It began
with the illegal rearmament of a covert army following defeat in World War I, which
was an intentional, secretive breaking of the Versailles Treaty disarmament
agreements. American munition manufacturers and industrialists aided the
clandestine military leaders of Germany in their rearmament.(1)
Over four hundred political assassinations of legitimate government officials from
various agencies in Germany took place during that period. These murders were
necessary for the desired power and position the hidden German government
needed.
German law courts, plus their Supreme Court, assisted the growing military regime
from 1920-1933. Two governments, one official and legal, one clandestine and
secretive, existed side by side, Hitler, front man and leader of the illegal arms,
mistaken for comical by the intellectuals, was administered the oath as Chancellor
of the German Reich January 30, 1933.
The rise of Richard Nixon in the United States was carefully planned. An illegal
attitude towards the Versailles Treaty allowed American financiers to feed and
support Germany's illegal rearmament. An illegal attitude toward the Geneva
Accord was also approved by Dwight Eisenhower for Indochina in 1945.(2)
A study of our State department and espionage establishment reveals that we had
clandestine, secret armies functioning both abroad and in the United States.(3)
Hundreds of political assassinations, plus the Supreme Court, have supported this
clandestine government and military regime by lending their name to the
concealment of the conspiracies to murder our leaders. They refuse to examine
documents that exist, allow truth to remain locked in the National Archives on the
basis of the lie, "national security."
Richard Nixon, front man and leader of this illegal government, mistaken for comical
by the intellectuals, was administered the oath of president of the United States on
January 20, 1969.
Military and industrial fanatics felt deprived and defeated when John Kennedy
would not make war with the Soviet Union as late as 1961. E.M. Dealey, militant
publisher of the Dallas News, told President Kennedy, "We need a man on
horseback to lead this nation. Too many people in Texas and the Southwest think
you are riding Caroline's tricycle."(4)
Two years later, in Dealey Plaza, John Kennedy was murdered. He feared the
hidden government behind his back, publicly stating he wanted "to splinter the CIA
.in a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds."(5) The day our President was
murdered, the streets of Dallas were filled with posters and handbills proclaiming
him a traitor. This was the same motivation for illegal assassinations and killings in
pre-Nazi, and Nazi Germany.(6)
The Warfare State was set free, following November 22, 1963, to show its ugly
face. The war in Asia began to escalate, with no noticeable provocations, only three
weeks after the murder of President Kennedy.(7) John Foster Dulles was U.S.
Secretary of State from 1953-1959. Before and following these years heading the
State Department, this public servant wielded tremendous power and influence with
the military and industrial monopolies of power and wealth in the world. He was the
architect of "containing Communism."(8) Mr. Dulles confided, "President Eisenhower
surrendered all his power to me." In 1956 he said, "Don't bother about what the
President said. I write what he says."(9) The State Department was "in my hat." You
did not have to rely on the department or its bureaucracy.(10)
His brother, Allen Dulles, headed our spy agency formerly known as the OSS. As
long as John Foster Dulles was Secretary of State, Allen Dulles had no need to
"chafe under political control." Both brothers "placed supreme confidence in their
personal judgments." They were completely trusted and were able to act at will and
" shielded from any unpleasant consequences."(11) Adolph Hitler declared war in
1941. By 1942 Allen Dulles was moved to Switzerland for the purpose of rounding
up and importing to the United States, German "specialists." Two years before the
war ended, or its fate was decided, the United States was making arrangements for
Nazi scientists, arms experts to come to our democracy (for which the boys were
fighting and dying at that moment). (12)
From 1945 until 1952 the U.S. military brought over 642 alien "specialists" and their
families from nazi Germany. They were known collectively by the code name
"paperclip." German missile and rocket experts, munition makers, war experts were
carefully selected and located into aerospace programs, war industries, armament
factories, defense and warfare manufacturing.(13)
Violent anti-communist fears by the military and munition makers justified the
exchange for a once democratic nation into the fascist state we have today.
Members of the nazi party now hold key positions in our universities, factories,
aircraft and aerospace programs.(14) When the nazi empire collapsed in 1945,
ex-nazi General Reinhard Gehlen joined forces with our OSS. Gehlen was placed in
charge of wartime intelligence for Foreign Armies East. "It was not long before
Gehlen was back in business, this time for the United States. Gehlen named his
price and terms."(15) A series of meetings was arranged at the Pentagon with nazi
Gehlen, Allen Dulles, J. Edgar Hoover and others.(16) The Gehlen organization
combined forces and agents with the OSS, which was soon to become known as
the CIA. Experts in clandestine and illegal control of Germany through political
assassinations and reversal of judicial processes became the new teachers for
Allen Dulles and Richard Helms. They helped form the new CIA in 1947, based
upon clandestine activities in nazi Germany.(17)
Espionage networks were supposedly to spy out secrets of other nations. Instead
they have secretly engaged in clandestine political actions, stirred revolts,
overthrown governments and attempted to bring about political change.
The method of maintaining billion dollar war machines and related armament and
aircraft factories requires controlling people, political leaders, and otherwise legal
governmental agencies. The Communist scare, hot war and cold war propaganda,
would continue to manipulate the majority of the people. This scare was the
brainchild of the fascist strategist.
Enter Richard Milhous Nixon
He applied to serve in the FBI following graduation from law school. No answer
followed. When World War 2 was declared, Nixon requested sea duty and was
assigned to the South Pacific Combat Air Transport Command.(18) Nixon's 15
months in the South Pacific ended when he was transferred to Fleet Air Wing 8 at
Alameda, Califomia, and from there he was assigned on special orders to the Navy
Bureau of Aeronautics. The Navy assigned him to "winding up" active contracts with
such aircraft firms as Bell and Glenn Martin.(19) That year was 1945, when
importation proceedings began for the 642 nazi rocket and aerospace experts and
scientists from Germany to the U.S. Through the generosity of the Guggenheim
Foundation they obtained a suitable site - a huge medieval castle, built by financier
Jay Gould on a 160-acre estate at Sands Point, Long Island. Here the Germans
began work on a secret project for the Navy's Office of Research and Inventions.(21)
April, May, June and July, 1945, worldwide attention fell upon German atrocities.
From Belsen, Nordhusen, Buchenwald, and Dachau came stories of slaughter and
grotesque medical research conducted in the name of science. Public opinion polls
gave no evidence of generous feelings toward any group in the German population.
But opinions do not automatically create Policy . (22)
By 1945 the armed services accepted the nazis' skills and mentality as
indispensable to our military power. Young advisors could not fully appreciate the
concern about clandestine maneuvers after World War I, and were not alarmed by
the devastation and destruction of the Third Reich. They looked upon the German
scientists with excitement and anticipation.(23) The Department of Navy was the first
to act upon the importation process.(27)
States to benefit economically from the influx of munition makers, rocket and space
industries, warfare hardware were based in the South and Southwest. Segregated,
racist states were natural habitats for imported Germans. Cold war propaganda,
perpetuated by hatred of the Soviet Union and much of Asia, was financed and
fostered for the most part in Florida, Louisiana, Georgia, Ohio, Texas, Alabama,
Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and California.
The same mentality that allowed genocidal, inhuman slaughters on the continent of
Europe built machinery to extend pain and warfare in Southeast Asia.
Richard Nixon was in New York, serving in the Navy, the summer that importation
plans started going into effect. He soon moved to Maryland where a very important
telegram was to arrive. "He wanted to get out of the service, but there was the great
question, 'What now?' While he pondered his alternatives, events and
circumstances were deciding the question for him. A telegram was the instrument of
fate. (28)
In August, 1945, a Committee of One Hundred Men located in California placed an
advertisement in 26 newspapers:
WANTED-Congressman candidate with no previous political experience
to defeat a man who has represented the district in the House for ten
years. Any young man, resident of district, preferably a veteran, fair
education, no political strings or obligations and possessor of a few
ideas for betterment of country at large may apply for the job. Applicants
will be reviewed by 100 interested citizens who will guarantee support
but will not obligate the candidate in any way. (26)
That ad was typical, a covert method of pretending this was an open contest for
office. Richard Nixon, located in Maryland, still in the Navy, received a telephone
call from Herman Perry. "Are you a republican and are you available?" were the two
questions asked of Nixon.(27)
Herman Perry was vice president of Bank of America (28) which was soon on its way
to becoming the largest private bank in the world. By 1960, one hundred top
corporations were spending $21-billion for military goods. In California alone, fully
half of all jobs related directly or indirectly on the continuance of the arms race.(29)
Richard Nixon, poor, from an unknown family, absent from the California scene for
many formative years during law school and military service, was selected to
represent old guard California republicans who picked him to run for Congress.(30)
He was called upon to serve the strategists.
Nixon was "recognized."
Significant to the political escalation of Richard Nixon from congressman to vice
president was the Alger Hiss case. The Hiss case was to Nixon what the Reichstag
fire was to Hitler. Both were dramatic lies planned and executed by the clandestine
strategists.
Parallels to German strategy -- assassinations, destruction of evidence, distortion of
evidence to discredit legitimate public servants -- existed precisely in America. (31) In
1934, Alger Hiss was legal counsel for the Senate Nye Committee. This group was
set up for the purpose of investigating illegal rearmament practices.(32) During those
years Hiss was antagonizing American industrial and banking giants. Germany was
illegally rearming. It became necessary to discredit any persons such as Hiss who
were interested in peace, working for legitimate peaceful alternatives.
Whittaker Chambers made a point of becoming acquainted with Alger Hiss in 1934.
.At that time, some considered Chambers to be a German spy.(33) Using techniques
of imported masters of espionage, plans were being made at that time to discredit
Alger Hiss. By waiting several years, Hiss could be strategically occupied in various
Government services. John Foster Dulles was instrumental in placing Hiss as head
of the Carnegie Foundation, a group associated with peace and the United Nations.
Attacks on Hiss started in 1941, attempting to associate him with Communists,
exploded into a time bomb in 1948. The total effect in delaying the smear was to
discredit an era. Richard Nixon became recipient of the efforts. The reputation of
Roosevelt, the New Deal, Dumbarton Oaks Conference, United Nations and
Truman's administration all became tinted "red." Joe McCarthy entered this milieu
and expressed fears that had been fomented in lies.
Richard Nixon had always served his masters by employing fear and hysteria. His
original campaigns against Jerry Voorhis and Helen Douglas were unfounded red
smears. That is the only way he operates.
One of the clues to covert smears is the common mishandling of evidence. For 8
1/2 years I have studied carefully the evidence associated with the murder of John
Kennedy. Bullets, clothing, weapons, X-rays, photographs, car interior, autopsy
reports, cameras, street sign, curb, lamppost, clothing of John Connally, diaries, FBI
documents, CIA reports and State Department papers were either burned,
airborned to Michigan and destroyed, altered, planted, missing or locked up.(37)
Evidence to prove covert murder of Robert Kennedy is "locked up for seventy five
years."(38)
What happened to the lone piece of evidence in the Alger Hiss case that was
important to his conviction, the famous Woodstock typewriter? Because Richard
Nixon said his "name, reputation and career" were linked to this case, he will tell
you about the typewriter himself.
A massive search was initiated for the key 'witness' in the case, the old Woodstock
typewriter on which Chambers said Mrs. Hiss had typed the incriminating
documents. On December 13, FBI agents found the typewriter. The same day I
appeared before the Grand Jury with the microfilm. (Richard Nixon, My Six Crises,
Doubleday & Company, Inc., Garden City, NY, 1962, $5.95, p. 59)
For $5 less, and six years later, you can buy the same story, by the same author,
without the typewriter:
A massive search was initiated for the key 'witness' in the case, the old
Woodstock typewriter on which Chambers said Mrs. Hiss had typed the
incriminating documents. On December 13, FBI agents were unable to
find the typewriter, but they did find some old letters which Priscilla Hiss
admitted having typed on the Woodstock. (Richard Nixon, My Six
Crises, Pyramid Books, 95e, p. 64)
At this point, Nixon added a footnote blaming the "press, who were busy in those
tense days were several rumors behind closed doors of the Grand Jury. One
reporter said the typewriter was found, but actually it was not found until several
months later."
Even with the above explanation, Nixon still does not inform the reader that the
Woodstock typewriter was found not by the 35 FBI agents several months later who
were turning Washington upside-down searching for it. The typewriter was actually
found by Donald Hiss and his own investigators, and presented by Alger Hiss at the
first trial as an exhibit for the defense.
The chief prosecutor of the Alger Hiss case, Richard Nixon, trying to pin a
conspiracy or Communist label on Hiss, could not write his own book correctly
about the key evidence used against him. This kind of smear and investigation was
going to be used as the excuse for elevating Nixon into the role of vice president of
the United States. Allen Dulles and John Foster Dulles would control all State
Department policies and espionage activities for the president.
There was another observation regarding the famous Woodstock typewriter. Robert
Kennedy, as Attorney General of the United States in 1962, was making a recent
check and finds the FBI never had the Woodstock typewriter. Writing to Meyer
Zeligs about this matter, Claude Cross mentioned, "In my mind there is a mystery
connected with this typewriter and its whereabouts from the period just prior to the
trial."(39) Why was Robert Kennedy searching for this important evidence, the link in
the Nixon saga? Were the Kennedys getting ready to investigate Richard Nixon's
pieces of planted evidence used for purposes of slander and redbaiting?
Three of Alger Hiss' friends who could have changed the tide of history -- Harry
Dexter White, Walter Marvin Smith and Lawrence Guggan -- were found dead
shortly after having contact with our FBI.(37) When the covert government creates its
plot, in Germany or the United States, nobody stands in their way.
Isaac Don Levine is the man who took Whittaker Chambers "by the arm," a
reluctant Chambers, and arranged the meetings where he would begin to smear
Alger Hiss.(38) It was no coincidence that the same Isaac Don Levine would be
meeting with Marina Oswald, widow of Lee Harvey Oswald, immediately following
the murder of President Kennedy. They were in a huddle to exchange money for
squeezing a "communist" story out of a CIA plot. (39) Levine served Richard Nixon's
career faithfully and many times through the years.
This fellow Levine is in contact with Marina to break the story up a little more
graphic manner and tie it into a Russian business, and it is with the thought and
background of a Russian connection, conspiracy concept. (John J. McCloy, Minutes

Alger Hiss said that Richard Nixon was engaged in something "beyond his scope
and size."(40) Richard Nixon, like Adolph Hitler, is a patchwork quilt. Both men
represent the sum total of all murders, secret plans, behind-the-scene covert
imaginations that created their existence. They were hand-sewn and designed by
identical masters. It was a community project between persons from Nazi Germany
and the United States military and intelligence agencies.
They are in power today, continuing mass murders, political assassinations.
Industrial giants scrape the bottom of the ocean, the surface of the moon, the face
of the earth for the oil, gold, minerals, resources within their grasp. It is the moral
obligation of human beings to halt this hunger for power and legalized greed toward
the majority of persons on the planet earth.
High summit meetings, a false sense of euphoria preceding elections, does not
conceal increased budgets for weaponry, new laws of repression or further
concentration of power in the White House. The family of humanity is not
represented by the strategists who are few in number, still holding on to their power.
Secret organizations such as the Lincoln Club, formed in 1963, continue to finance
and dictate to Richard Nixon.(41) This group should be carefully examined.
Nixon's kind of power over other people 's lives is elusive, and vanishes rapidly at
the proper moment. The human family has new weapons in the war against
secrecy. Information is power. Speed of communications is power. Ability is power.
Sheer numbers of intelligent and concerned citizens becomes power. Facts are
power.
Available facts and documentation of past political assassinations must be exposed
today, before the next election in 1972. The coup d'etat in 1963, and again in 1968,
did not represent the power or the interests of the majority. It is time to call a halt
against the cold war, the hot war, and the war against ourselves. By examining the
evidence of political assassinations, it is possible to understand how the country
was misled down the line by a select, elite minority.
The strategists, aided by clandestine and covert planning, do not represent the
people or the interests of the people in the United States.
